ABOUT
MD. Ahnav Shahriar Tanim is a Junior Architect at 23/90 Architects, working part time alongside his undergraduate studies in architecture at Bangladesh University. His foundation in Architecture and Interior Design Technology from Habiganj Polytechnic Institute gave him an early, hands-on grounding in drafting, detailing and the practical side of building.
Before joining 23/90 Architects, he completed an internship at Modular Design Studio, Panthapath, and worked as a Junior Architect at Ayana Decor and Design, Dhanmondi, gaining exposure to both architectural and interior projects.
In 2025, he was part of Team BU in "Toilets on the Go", a mobile toilet design competition organized by WaterAid Bangladesh in collaboration with BLUE, with support from the Embassy of Sweden. The team was one of four winners selected from 40 submissions and the only winning student team, gaining practical insight into the transition from design development to construction.
He values learning through discussion and understanding the reasoning behind every design decision. His core competencies include Architectural Drafting, Interior Design, 3D Modeling and Visualization, and Presentation Design.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
• Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB): ArchSummit 2025, Shamsul Wares' 80th Birthday Celebration, Pohela Boishakh Celebration, and various competitions and exhibitions
• Flood Relief, Sylhet (2022): helped organize relief through Habiganj Polytechnic Institute, raising over BDT 80,000 and supporting 300+ families in Ajmiriganj
