Dr. Imtiaz Apartment

Strategically positioned on a visually exposed corner site, this mid-rise residential building is conceived as a sculpted vertical composition of shifting planes, recessed volumes, and sky terraces. The architectural language celebrates the raw honesty of exposed concrete, softened through cascading greens and warm interior illumination.

The design responds to the climatic context by introducing deep cantilevered balconies, layered shading devices, and permeable façade elements that enhance cross-ventilation and mitigate solar heat gain. The corner orientation is utilized to generate multiple visual axes, dynamic frontage articulation, and enhanced urban interaction at ground level.

Outdoor living spaces are integrated at every level to create a continuous dialogue between built form, landscape, and sky, transforming the residence into a living vertical habitat rather than a conventional apartment block.

The project represents an exploration of functional spatial planning combined with expressive structural aesthetics, reinforcing a contemporary yet contextually responsive urban identity.
