Located in the serene setting of Jolshiri Sector 11, this corner plot residence is a thoughtful response to climate, context, and contemporary living.

Designed with a large protective terrace on the west, the architecture carefully shields the interior from the harsh afternoon sun while maintaining openness and visual continuity. The extended terrace acts as both a climatic buffer and a social platform — blending performance with lifestyle.

A dedicated Sky Garden introduces greenery at an elevated level, enhancing thermal comfort, improving microclimate, and offering a tranquil retreat above the urban plane.

The project integrates intellectual wind circulation strategies, allowing cross-ventilation through its corner orientation. Carefully positioned openings and spatial layering ensure natural airflow, reducing dependency on mechanical cooling.

This residence reflects our ongoing pursuit of climate-responsive architecture — where design decisions are both aesthetic and environmental.
